THE DEPARTMENT

The QHSE department consists of 5 employees, working at our headquarters in Allerød and provide support and advice worldwide with regards to Quality Assurance, Quality Management and HSE Management. You will be a part of a well-functioning and dynamic team.

THE POSITION

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Overall responsible for the Management System
  • Overall responsible for the QHSE systems
  • Overall responsible for QHSE systems implementation
  • Overall responsible for QHSE systems compliance to GDPR
  • Liaise with IT
  • Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
  • Monitoring and analysing all QHSE related incidents
  • Overall responsible for the QHSE performance indicators
  • Analysis of QHSE data, including trend analysis
  • Authoring reports
  • Train employees on QHSE systems

THE CANDIDATE

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

  • Formal QHSE Systems qualifications (working experience of 3 years)
  • Lead Auditor in ISO9001, ISO45001 and/or ISO14001 preferred
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Data processing
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Structured, detail oriented with analytical approach to the tasks at hand
  • Self-driven
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes
