Danfoss is looking for a Quality Manager, with a passion to design and implement long-term progressive quality development plans and objectives based on the principle of ‘right the first time’, that supports the company’s strategy and aspiration as a high-tech enterprise and market leader in its industry. It will be your responsibility to develop, implement and maintain QMS to meet the requirements for Danfoss Power Solution, ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016. You will ensure cross-functional teams are formed for the review and resolution of non-conformance or non-compliance to standards and/or regulations as required. Executing and analyzing DPS quality-reporting measures to ensure achievement of overall company goals will also be your responsibility.
 
You will work closely with customers, manufacturing, engineering and procurement. By managing your Quality Team, you will develop, motivate and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training and continuous improvement activities to assure operational excellence.

Background and skills
The right candidate is continuously seeking better solutions, KPI-driven, charismatic and able to coach and manage, holds an engineering degree and has solid experience gathered from a similar position, preferably in automotive. Further, you have the following qualifications: 

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes & engineering.
• Working knowledge of core quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
• Broad knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, 8D and SixSigma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluency in English and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, Senior Managers and subject matter experts.
• A high level of ambition, performance orientation and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a global industrial setting, preferably matrix organization.
