Job ID: 149542 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time The CAPA (Corrective Actions Preventive Actions) department forms part of Quality Management in the Global Engineering HQ in Brande. We cover NCR (Non-Conformance Report) handling, Lean initiatives in Engineering, task force management for various quality tasks and project management of medium and large scale quality improvement initiatives. We strive to combine quality competences, learnings from R&D, production and customers, and cross-functional project execution into our efforts to create ongoing quality improvements in Engineering products and processes. What are my responsibilities? · Driving and executing small and medium sized quality tasks and assignments, such as running 8Ds and FMEAs upon request · Driving analysis of NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and NCC (Non-Conformance Costs) quality data as well as other quality knowledge sources with the purpose of preparing and scoping improvement projects · Driving quality improvement projects (processes and products) in cooperation with turbine platform owners and line organization as well as departments outside of Engineering, such as procurement, production, regional engineering, and service · Building and enhancing cooperation with other departments in the Siemens Wind Power quality community What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an education in engineering or business administration combined with over 5 years' professional experience from a similar job position, giving you a high level of knowledge of and practical experience with quality tools and processes (FMEA, Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Quality Reviews, etc.). You are a strong project manager, preferably with professional certification, and are able to structure and execute longer running improvement projects. Your skill set includes the facilitation of process mapping and process improvement design, and experience in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes will be seen as an advantage. You have an analytical and data-driven mindset, and you are used to breaking down various problems, systems and data. The balance between delving into specific topics and managing projects is natural to you, and you appreciate the diverse and dynamic everyday life offered by a large organization. You are an experienced user of today's standard IT tools, and your English skills are excellent both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
