Duty Free and Travel Retail is part of our division for Export, License and Urban Development. We are based in the central office in Copenhagen.

You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth of the leading international brands Carlsberg, Tuborg, Somersby, Kronenbourg, & Grimbergen across key existing Duty Free and Travel Retail customers while also embarking on new growth opportunities in new markets.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic personality with strong sales skills and business acumen to strengthen the organisation. You have proven key account management skills and can demonstrate excellent commercial understanding. You thrive with strengthening existing customer relationships in the quest to grow the business to new levels while you are thirsty for finding and developing new business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Drive profits across key existing customers through value management and in-store execution
  • Step change growth through strong project management/hunting skills in new markets/with new customers
  • Best practice sharing and implementation across customers
  • Negotiate contracts, prices and trading conditions
  • Monthly & Quarterly Reporting
  • Prepare and follow-up on plans, budgets and estimates

Requirements

  • Preferably Master degree from either University or Business school within Sales & Marketing
  • Min. 5 years of experience within FMCG (sales) with international exposure
  • Good commercial and financial understanding/experience
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, but at the same time action-orientated and capable of implementing 
  • Business development competences
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High work capacity and personal drive
  • Fluency in English and ideally a Scandinavian language
  • Accepting travelling as "part of the job" (~ 60 days / year)
