Then you might be the right person for Novo Nordisk A/S, as we are currently searching for a dedicated Risk Management Analyst to be part of Corporate Risk Management. About the department Corporate Risk Management’s primary task is to provide claims mitigating advice related to the risks Novo Nordisk is exposed to – for instance fire and security. Additionally, Corporate Risk Management has a consulting role within claims handling and the responsibility for Novo Nordisk’s insurances. The team consists of specialists within insurance, fire safety and security. The position We offer an exciting and challenging position that for the right candidate will provide a unique opportunity to impact the way we perform risk management in the global organisation. As our Risk Management Analyst you will get a wide range of tasks related to Insurances, Property Risk Control and Security. You will be responsible for Novo Nordisk’s Danish employee insurances, negotiating terms and conditions with the insurers and rendering advice on insurance matters to all parts of the Novo Nordisk organisation. Further you will handle our transport insurances and work in close collaboration with our shipping department to ensure to optimise Novo Nordisk shipments focusing on enabling key business needs. You will also be supporting and developing our process for handling requests for Clinical Trials insurance certificates/policies. In your role as Risk Management Analyst you will also support Novo Nordisk’s Property Risk Manager. You will be involved in analysis, optimisation and administration of our Property Damage/Business Interruption and Contractors, all Risk insurances just as you will support our risk control efforts across the global organisation. You will work closely with our Head of Global Security supporting him in taking security in Novo Nordisk to the next level. Here you will primarily be tasked with analysis work, risk assessments and monitoring of key developments within the areas of physical security, employee and executive security, product security, information security and travel security. As your development is important to us, training and individual development plans are key tools to help you in your personal and professional development. Qualifications The right candidate demonstrates a strong interest in risk management. You have relevant experience from one or more of the areas insurance management, risk control and/or security and are eager to learn more about all aspects of risk management in a global company. You hold as a minimum a relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Engineering, Finance, Economics) with excellent results and have at least 3 years of relevant working experience. You possess strong analytical and reporting skills, work in a structured and diligent way, and deliver accurate results. You thrive in a busy environment, bring a can-do attitude, and while being a team player, it is important that you are also able to work independently. You have a positive, engaged and approachable attitude. You take initiative and like new challenges. You are computer literate with excellent skills within Excel and PowerPoint. You are ready to invest time and effort in your development and future career. It is required that you speak and write English fluently.
