Then, you might be the person we are looking for in the Global Serialisation Programme (GSP) in Product Supply IT. About the department As part of the GSP, you will also be part of the Product Supply organisation, which is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of all products from Novo Nordisk and comprising more than 12.800 employees. GSP is nested within Product Supply IT and this organisation is responsible for initiating, planning and executing large strategic IT and automation transformation programmes in the production areas with global scope across different business units. GSP will ensure our license to operate by securing our products fulfill serialisation requirements from different countries. Working in this programme will provide you with an unique insight into all of Novo Nordisk business processes across Operations (from production to sales affiliate). The team you will manage together with an IT Project Manager is responsible for creating the standard corporate IT solution in GSP including defining and implementing sustainable processes. The position As a Project Manager your main role is to drive the business implementation within the agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality, together with the sales affiliates. You will be responsible for two projects, one covering the sales affiliates outside EU and US (for example South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Brazil) and the other covering the sales affiliate in USA. You will be the key driver to define the interfaces to a third part supplier and the reporting system required by a country’s regulatory authority. You will drive the resolution of regulatory requirements by a defined and structured approach and in collaboration with the sales affiliates, ensuring that the new process support the business. In your role you will be responsible to act on scope requests and build business cases and structure project proposals to ensure Novo Nordisk license to operate. As such we expect that you combine insight in supply chain business processes with solid project management skills. The job requires a natural flair for stakeholder management and that you are able to translate technical topics to business laymen, while at the same time being able to explain business process topics to an IT/technical audience. In doing so, you will work across many different levels in the organisation and be responsible for ensuring the change management process across product supply and sales affiliates. You will get a deep understanding of business processes and site specific IT systems to ensure the deployment of a standardised Global Serialisation Solution. Qualifications As the ideal candidate for this position you hold a relevant Master Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain and/or IT) with excellent results. You have already gained experience as Project Manager by being part of implementing large scale Supply Chain or IT projects. Further, you have a flair for processes, people and IT and are able to manage all three to create the best solutions. An important skill in this position is to be a fast learner and motivated by communicating, defining and implementing technical knowledge in a way which makes it simple to the receiver being management, project members or sales affiliates. Previous knowledge about serialisation or packaging process experience will be beneficial. Our business language is English and therefore you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
