Are you a dedicated an ambitious salesperson, who has the drive and engagement to ensure the growth for our international fashion brand?
Then you might be our new Regional Wholesale Responsible for Switzerland and Austria with a great opportunity for you to show and develop your sales skills in an international setting.
The department
You will become a part of a sales team of 40 people, where we all strive to be the best business partner for our customers. We are driven to make a difference, as well as ensure future growth and success for PIECES. As a team we are ambitious and result orientated and we value a high team spirit.
The position
As Sales Responsible your overall responsibility is to ensure constant development for the sales of PIECES. You will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, making sure that we reach our budget. Based on your sales experience you identify the different markets' needs to create sales growth. Additionally, you ensure that our sales teams in the markets are aware of their performance and objectives, creating a constant focus on sales efforts and results. Furthermore, you will play a big role in making sure that we always have the right product mix for the markets in order to grow the turnover on all our categories.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility are:
- Develop, evaluate and follow-up on sales strategies
- Build-up, expand and develop strong relations with online and wholesale customers
- Daily contact with the Sales Representatives on the markets
- Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, as well as budgeting
- Daily and weekly follow-up on product performance
- Plan, prepare and manage sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in internal collection meetings
- Weekly update for your Regional Wholesale Manager for figures and product development
- Travelling to your markets for collection meetings/customer appointments and inspiration trips.
Qualifications
- Experience that shows that you can translate sales strategies into result-creating actions
- Min. 2 years of sales experience, from either the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Knowledge of wholesale and e-commerce
- Experience with building and maintaining customer relations
- Experience with working across cultures
- A driver's licence is a necessity
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
