Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Transfer Pricing Controller who will operate in our Transfer Pricing department and support multiple transfer pricing initiatives within Danfoss. Thus, you will obtain in-depth knowledge of the operations within a global organization and build a close relationship with the various business units of the Danfoss Group at segment, division and product line level. Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation for group companies which will include: analyzing business risks and financial results, performing benchmark comparatives as well as supporting local companies in discussion with tax authorities. 

Background and skillsTo be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees and an emphasis on taxation is preferred. Furthermore, you should have a strong technical tax knowledge with demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and managing tax, international strategies and Transfer Pricing. Additionally, you will need: 

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to quickly understand and integrate business objectives with tax strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate tax requirements and complex financial issues in a clear, concise and structured manner to all management levels of the Danfoss Group
• Excellent written and spoken English skills. Fluency in the Danish language whilst desirable is not essential
