Join us and become Senior Business Ethics Specialist in Business Ethics Compliance. Together with your colleagues, you’ll be working with business ethics and anti-corruption compliance to continuously mature and better our business ethics compliance area. 

Business Ethics Compliance is overall responsible for ensuring that all employees comply with our good business conduct and supporting guidelines. We’re responsible for developing and implementing compliance areas such as our anti-corruption, anti-fraud, conflict of interest and know your customer programmes. With these initiatives, we translate our corporate values into actions by addressing and resolving ethical and compliance-related issues that arise in the daily work of our colleagues across the business. The Business Ethics Compliance department is part of Legal, and the department cooperates with all business units and support functions. 

You’ll participate in complex and challenging international initiatives and compliance projects across the group and support theinternal governance processes including awareness training – working closely together with your experienced colleagues. Further, you’ll be in charge of raising awareness, analysing risk and helping to ensure that control processes are working as intended.

 

Your key tasks will be to 

• assist in developing and implementing business ethics and anti-corruption compliance programme, including handling of our business partner screenings and due diligence of counterparts
• handle other business ethics compliance and governance projects across the business
• conduct awareness training and presentations of our good business conduct policy
• identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and ensure corrective action plans for the identified issue
• support your colleagues in relation to general day-to-day tasks.

 

Your qualifications and core competences include that you 

• have a solid theoretical background within business administration and compliance
• have solid professional experience within business compliance and the internal control environment
• are a strong team player with strong collaboration, stakeholder management and project management skills
• have a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset and are able to understand complex business processes
• excellent communication skills, especially in English, enabling you to communicate effortlessly and smoothly with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Moreover, you’re transparent and reliable and have a high degree of autonomy as well as the ability to work with your peers and find solutions to complex problems in cooperation with others. You’re proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility and the results you deliver. In cooperation with our stakeholders, it’s important that you’re outgoing, self-motivated and result-oriented.
