Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Strategic Data Transition where we bridge business and technology by assisting data asset owners to deliver the Wholesale Banking data strategy into concrete IT implementation. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Responsibility for the data model for financial trades and related information assets
  • Be the go-to person for onboarding IT teams throughout the bank to strategic data sources (Group Functions, Nordea Markets, WBO, WB Compliance, Wealth Management etc.)
  • Close cooperation with the data asset owner for financial trades in Global Trading and Trading & Sales IT , WBO
  • Delivery of trading related data for BI and analytics
  • Contribute to closing down Trade Warehouse. Help developing migration plans for consumers migrating to strategic data sources

The role is based in Copenhagen. This is a start-up team, first-movers assisting the organization to adopt strategic data sources. This is where interesting things happen all day, every day.

Your profile and background: 

  • In-depth product knowledge about financial products from a business and data/technical perspective
  • A good understanding of various data elements and business functions that the IT systems in Trading Technology support
  • Preferably experience with or knowledge of financial messaging standards (FpML, FIX, FIXML) and other industry standards. Training will be provided for the right candidate without previous experience or knowledge
