Senior IT Analyst keen on mastering Nordea's financial reference data

If so, we have an exciting career opportunity for you in Nordea Capital Markets IT. The position we offer You will be part of a team consisting of 20 skilled specialists with expertise in a wide range of disciplines within data management and distribution. We are located in Høje Taastrup, a 20 minutes ride from Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen. The team is split into responsibility groups. The open position belongs to the group whose main tasks are to distribute static data of instruments, corporate actions and prices in order to support systems and processes primarily within Nordea Capital Markets. Your primary tasks will be to: •coordinate activities between internal stakeholders from departments within the whole Nordea Group •coordinate with vendors of our systems data •handle requirements •play an active role in operation and support •take care of the needed documentation. You will on a daily basis work closely together with both business partners, project participants and colleagues and thus be part of the One Nordea Team. The qualifications you need To succeed in this job, it is a requirement, that you have: •Expertise within Static Data •Knowledge of Instruments •Knowledge of Corporate Actions It would be of clear advantage if you additionally have knowledge of SQL and databases and experience with data vendors like Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters. Furthermore, we expect that you are: •Used to work with IT analysis and have done so for a couple of years •Used to understand and analyse complex data flows as well as evaluate consequences of changes •A team player and used to share your knowledge as well as actively challenge you colleagues •Capable of mixing production issues and projects •Used to communicate with both IT and business people Danish language skills are of advantage, though not a must.
