Bridge and challenge both IT and business to deliver global end-to-end solutions As Senior IT Application Consultant, you dedicate the majority of your time to development projects from business case development to implementation. You work closely with colleagues in IT as well as business and your focus is mainly on SAP CO. In particular, you: Use your understanding of business processes and flows to analyse business requirements and develop solutions for the business functions Identify and resolve gaps between SAP and business processes Participate in projects by completing tasks and/or coordinating resources as assigned by the Project Manager Provide advice and analysis of user/operational issues and use the analysis to formulate a resolution Complete change requests such as design and analysis of new business processes, including participating in prototyping, creating functional design specifications, data and function mapping Connected community We are a family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure. SAP professional with great interpersonal skills The key to your success is your ability to use your SAP FI/CO expertise to hit the ground running and manage several simultaneous projects. Moreover, you must be outgoing, have the clout to pose critical questions to the business and find the optimal solution every time, and you: Have minimum 3-5 years of experience working within the SAP FI/CO area as a consultant, customizer, architect or equivalent Have commercial insight and hold a broad and global business understanding combined with the cognitive skills to analyse and interpret complex business systems and structures Have strong collaboration capabilities and are able to work with global processes in an international team Are highly consumer driven and result-oriented and you use your innovative approach to find solid solutions and finish projects on time and of high quality Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
