Lead a team of technical experts As Manager within Elements & Moulds (E&M) Mature, you will lead a newly established team of 12 technical specialists with deep knowledge of developing moulding technologies. The team works to transform ideas and specifications into design, making solutions that are ready for sourcing. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team, motivating and encouraging everybody to live up to their full potential. This position takes you travelling up to 20 days a year. Furthermore, you: Hold operational responsibility for daily task performance and resource allocation, continuously staying focused on KPIs such as time, cost and progress Help employees on their specific tasks using sparring and coaching techniques Execute on the direction set by the Research & Development area plus assist in developing the team and the department Ensure appropriate sparring across teams It’s not what we make – it’s what we make possible We are a European, family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure.
