Are you looking for a role where you will be supporting management in selecting, prioritising and managing the significant LEGO® Projects? Take the project portfolio in Corporate IT to a new level In this role, you become a business partner for 2 IT departments consisting of about 100 people each. Here, you support 25 IT leaders and approximately 50 project managers, who all strive to deliver outstanding projects, IT services and IT solutions. To do this, you provide the support, advice and insights that enable the leadership and project management teams to drive up performance on their portfolio. In doing so, you secure the execution of the project portfolio in Corporate IT together with your team of 3 fellow colleagues, and you: Act as a proactive and strategic sparring partner for the IT leaders and Project Managers on portfolio matters, becoming a respected and trusted advisor within Corporate IT Secure adoption of portfolio governance processes and tools in the global IT organisation as well as for the stakeholders in the LEGO® Business Units Take the reins on creating balance in the leadership teams by helping them set the overall capacity frames and prioritising and deciding on the importance of the individual projects Ensure that Corporate IT delivers projects according to business priorities by supporting the leadership teams in executing the corporate planning process Be proud to offer your support In the LEGO Group, we are proud of our supportive, collaborative environment where interpersonal relations really matter. People person with a business management mind-set To succeed in this position, you need to be able to collaborate broadly with Resource Managers, Business Relationship Managers, Architects and Project Managers in the Corporate IT line organisation. Moreover, as a facilitator in the Demand and Capacity Planning process, you need to understand the business rules driving us as well as the reports and systems used in the Project Management Organisation. In order to do this, you: Hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain management or similar and 5+ years of experience from an international company or top-tier management consultancy Are used to working with leadership teams in an international environment, either as a manager or as an external management consultant Have excellent analytical skills, broad business knowledge, great collaboration skills and a strong personal impact based on excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have a high degree of personal integrity, an ability to work in changing environments and on multiple projects simultaneously, inspiring people while respecting their work-life balance Speak and write English effortlessly and it is a plus if you know Danish on a beginner level Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
