With the overall Group HR function embarking on an exciting journey to embed the recently launch People Agenda, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of the agenda and is a critical link to the Talent Function in the Carlsberg Group.

Your primary responsibility will be to initially focus on the Regions commercial functions and coordinate, lead and execute on our talent processes such as the Short-Term Assignments/talent development activities, People Boards, Regional Talent boards, Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, Performance Management, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion as well as leading regional projects.
In details, key responsibilities in the Talent Management role will be:
- Short-Term Assignments and Talent development activities: We offer opportunities for our talents to build their skills and capabilities though experiences such as Short-Term assignments and development rotations, and we would like to enhance these activities by applying more agile ways of working and through close coordination across the WE region as well as linking to other regions.
- Annual People Board Processes: Talent Management also support the annual people board process at which time we consolidate market reviews of performance and potential for senior levels as well as identifying talent actions. You will support the annual process ensuring a seamless execution for the Region
- Regional Talent Panel: The Regional leadership team are responsible to review the talent pipeline for critical roles, the agreed talent actions across the region as well as discuss talent movement at management team level. This role will support the sessions and be a key link back to other functional talent panels and Talent Function.
- Succession Planning: Flowing from the annual People Boards and Regional Talent Reviews are successors identified from the WE markets that need to be consolidated into our succession tool and updated regularly.
- Engagement Survey: To continuously remain an engaged organization we run engagement surveys globally and compare ourselves against the industry norm. The Talent Management team is responsible for this process as well as following up on action planning. Your role will be to lead this process across the WE Region.
- Supporting Regional Activities: This role supports monthly activities covering; headcount reporting, Operational Cost Management activities, onboarding, supporting the WE HR conference, ad-hoc reporting, Regional HR dashboard reporting, leading regional projects, process simplification and supporting our P (at) C roll out (Success Factors).
- Learning and Development: Align and agree on regional needs for leadership development training, supports capability development activities between academies and markets participation in learning projects as the regional representative.
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- A successful record of accomplishment from a role which includes talent management responsibility in a major international corporation.
- Experience from translating business strategy goals into actual initiatives across a large organization. In other words, experience with hands-on operational HR in order to deliver on goals. Although Talent Management is an essential part of your experience, you will likewise demonstrate a portfolio of general HR experience/competencies.
- Our ideal candidate has experience with working with talent statistics and Succession Planning
The position will report to the Regional Vice President HR with a dotted line into the Talent Management function as well.
