Is UX your domain? Do you have the experience and skill set to work as a UX evangelist? Would you like an entrepreneurial challenge of bringing UX to the forefront in internal IT projects, making it an integrated part of IT development, and ensuring optimal user interfaces across the LEGO Group? Key player in user centric development Joining Corporate IT (CIT) as our new Senior User Experience Architect, you will ensure that we deliver as optimal user interface as possible in our internal development projects. In CIT we develop IT solutions used in all parts of the LEGO Value chain, and currently one of our focus areas is on optimising user interfaces in our SAP enterprise system. To fulfil your role, you will function as a UX evangelist, who advocates user needs, builds competencies, drives end user centric involvement in IT projects, and is a top go-to competence within UX, responsible for: Guidelines and principles for end-user centric development and securing the iterative design and user perspective in designing CIT solutions Facilitating adoption of the new UX development processes and ensuring that solutions are tailored to support end-users in an intuitive way and reduces the need for end-user training Leveraging new digitalisation front-end technologies such as mobile apps to further improve the user experience Delivering design expertise and working with our Mobile App Team to guarantee tools and support within CIT Make the most of your opportunities The User Experience team in CIT is fairly new. This gives you an opportunity to really develop and shape your role as well as influence the direction of UX in the LEGO Group. You will be trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done to the highest possible quality, and we will do our best to help you make the most of your skills and potential. Broad experience in UX To be able to deliver successfully, you need to have excellent communication skills combined with an open, trustworthy and convincing personality. Naturally, you are passionate about UX and see the position as a professional challenge to grow and learn from, while functioning as a UX developer, mentor and teacher. Your qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with user centric development in a position where you have conducted user research and delivered superb user experiences Solid experience with mobile, desktop and web platforms and from multiple projects A master's degree in IT Engineering or a similar field combined with a theoretical foundation within UX, User Centric Development and/or Human Computer Interaction Being an expert UX professional, you are well-versed in UX methods, techniques and tools along with all the different competency areas such as content design, interaction design and so on You speak and write English fluently Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO® Community.
