We are very busy and are therefore looking for an experienced, structured and service minded Service and Sales Assistant to join our service team. You will be working closely with our Service Technicians, who travels all over the world, and will play a vital role in securing a high level of service to our customers. Responsibilities As our new Service and Sales Assistant you be responsible for many of our administrative tasks in the Service Department. You will have stakeholders throughout the company and will work closely with relevant stakeholders on a regional and global scale both internally and externally. You will be reporting to our Service Team Leader and your main responsibilities will cover: Coordinating and structuring all of our course activity in the department (e.g. booking, planning, and registration of certificates) Check all hour registrations from our Service Technicians Ad hoc sales support tasks Coordinate travel booking for Service Technicians Plan department meetings, write minutes and follow up on action points Update process descriptions and templates Invoice handling Coordinate and ensure that all tools are certified and calibrated and all safety equipment (PPE) are checked and certified Your profile: It is vital for this role that you work very structured and proactive, and can handle many different tasks at the same time. You have a strong administrative profile and have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position, preferably from the service industry. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English. Furthermore you have a good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX) and Excel. As a person you are on top of things and have a positive “can do” attitude to things. You work very systematic and structured and at the same time you are motivated by giving your stakeholders excellent service. You have excellent administration skills, a strong drive and strive at achieving your goals. Furthermore, you are proactive, a dedicated team player and work well under pressure.
