Infrastructure Solutions & Services is the department in Global IT, which has the full end to end responsibility for IT infrastructure Services in Vestas, as well as the responsibility for IT End user support. The department is represented globally, holds approx. 150 employees, and is providing services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Recently Global IT decided to outsource a pool of Infrastructure services and these services are now provided by our new partner; NNiT. The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) position has been created in connection with the establishment of this new partnership, where the SDM will be responsible for the day-to-day services provided by NNiT. Responsibilities: In the role as Service Delivery Manager you will report to the Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions and Services. Your stakeholders will be the Service Delivery Manager of our Vendor, the IT Contract Manager and all employees involved in day-to-day collaboration with the vendor. Your tasks will be: • Ensure that the outsourcing vendor's performance meets its contractual. service-level commitments. • Monitor the day-to-day vendor operations and performance against SLAs. • Examine measured results to identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and take appropriate action to correct failed activities, functions and processes. • Guide activities to maintain and enhance the gains achieved through corrective actions. • Establish service provider direction and priorities. • Prepare new SLAs as required. Qualifications: We are looking for candidate with the following background: •Several years of experience from a similar position as Service Delivery Manager or the like in a global context. •Strong understanding of IT Service. •Educational background at Bachelor's or Master's level within IT or Business. •Experience with the ITIL framework. •Excellent English skills - written as well as verbal.
