Do you understand supply chain management, and is your LCI toolbox well-stocked? Would you like to broaden the scope of your LCI role? Then this is your chance to support and strengthen our capability deployment process and supply chain management across Supply Chain Planning & Distribution. Support the Supply Chain Development area in a dual role You will join the Business Plan and Capability Deployment team, who drives the capability deployment based on the SharePoint platform. This includes process governance, which to a large degree is inherent in Lean tools and ways of working. Here, you step into a dual role. To begin with, you bring a broad supply chain management (SCM) understanding to the Supply Chain Development team. Subsequently, you will be our expert on the LCI toolbox and initiatives. You will work broadly across the team, in Supply Chain Development as well as globally across Supply Chain Planning & Distribution. Your tasks will involve: Understanding business processes, tools and roles across the Supply Chain Development team and subsequently using LCI tools to support capability building, teaching and training Becoming an LCI role model and gatekeeper, coaching and training leaders and employees to ensure the development and use of LCI capabilities Supporting Supply Chain Development projects in general with broad SCM knowledge and tools for Supply Chain Planning & Distribution Supporting Supply Chain Development Managers on basic SCM tools and principles, including analysis, modelling and scenario building Leading by example The LEGO Group is an international, family-owned business and collaboration shapes everything we do. SCM/LCI professional with stakeholder understanding As this is a cross-functional and global role, the main challenge will be to understand and navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape. To facilitate this, you use your curiosity and ability to reach out to your stakeholders, listening to them and understanding their challenges, so you can help them. Through your broad SCM and LCI understanding, you will be responsible for expanding our LCI toolbox and enabling an SCM agenda across the department. In addition, you: Have experience from a similar area and a good theoretical and practical understanding of Supply Chain Management, preferably with an insight in and understanding of LCI tools and methods Are a dynamic, proactive, flexible and self-driven person Have good communication skills and the ability to engage in global networks Are innovative and able to see things from different angles Speak and write English at a high level, since you will be interacting with international colleagues on a daily basis Bringing it to life "Here, you come in with your deep LCI understanding and use it in a broader SCM context.
