We act as trusted business advisors, change architects, facilitators and coaches, and in this role, you will be responsible for securing the organisational capabilities within Corporate Responsibility and External Relations. The LEGO Group continues to grow in size and influence, and it is critical that the company´s External Relations capabilities continue to be developed to enable the LEGO Group to have an even bigger impact with governments and key stakeholders in the relevant areas of regulatory development and thought leadership. The Corporate Responsibility function - comprising Social Responsibility and Environmental Responsibility. This is to further develop and elevate the role of Corporate Responsibility in the LEGO Group’s activities, both internally and externally, in the chosen areas of focus. Both areas are reporting into the group CFO. HR leadership within Corporate Responsibility and External Relations As Strategic HR Business Partner, you are in charge of the strategic HR agenda being an integrated part of the 2 leadership teams. You are setting the HR agenda based on the strategic priorities for The LEGO Group focusing on leadership development, recruitment and on-boarding, strategic workforce planning and developing the organisation. You also serve as a sparring partner for the leaders and selected succession candidates. More specifically, you drive general leadership in CF based on core HR processes (Performance Management, People Review, Development plans, PULSE, merit, etc.) from a holistic business perspective. Business HR Professional with development and execution experience You have a master´s degree in Business or HR combined with 5 - 7 years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner. You have a strong commercial business understanding and can connect the dots when deploying the HR agenda. General leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement. Finally, you have excellent English skills and a strong record of accomplishment through personal drive and initiative demonstrating the ability to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas or other key stakeholders. As a person, you are robust and persistent and thrive working in an organized way, still driving change and creating solutions based on existing processes in an agile manner. At the same time, you have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills as you will be working with people from all levels of the organisation delivering results through HR colleagues on site in an HR matrix.
