Key responsibilities

You will be an integrated part of the HQ Finance team; where you need to have an eye for detail, be team oriented, have good communication and skills and an interest in accounting and finance.

The tasks will include:

• Providing support to the Finance Partners with month / quarter / year end closing

• Reviewing the quality of the financial data to ensure accurate financial statements

• Assisting the Finance Partners with the quarterly forecasting process

• Ad-hoc support to both the Head of T&L HQ Finance as well as the Finance Partners. Including data analysis as input for reports and presentations

• Assisting with the management reporting

• Contributing to smaller improvements to business processes 

• Manage relationships with the Global Service Centre in India.

We are looking for

Ideally you are on the 1ST year of your Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Mathematics.

Furthermore, you have:
• Excellent office software skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations

• Great analytical skills

• preferably some relevant work experience, e.g. from a previous student position

• Strong English skills
You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.

It will be an advantage for you to be outgoing since you will be in contact with many different people during the day. 

It is important that you quickly develop a good relationship with your primary internal stakeholders.
