We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate SEO specialist to join the Ageras marketing team. You’ll be part of an international team including SEM and SEO specialists, copywriters and marketing analysts to create engaging marketing campaigns that spreads the Ageras brand internationally and drives active users to the Ageras platform.

As SEO specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, technical SEO and keyword research to increase rankings on all major search engines for our 6 international markets. Also, you’ll coordinate both internal and freelance copywriters and oversee as well as manage all content production.

Specifically, you will:

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Develop the SEO strategy for Ageras and take the lead on building a brand online
  • Manage campaign expenses and implement SEO recommendations
  • Work with our copywriters to improve traffic and lead generation through organic sources
  • Recommend changes to content, linking and other factors to improve traffic
  • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in non-paid search campaigns
  • Research and analyze competitor links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Manage the content on areas of the Ageras website and optimize the website content through A/B testing
  • Work with our tech team on implementing technical SEO improvements
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of Ageras

Requirements

At Ageras, things move quickly, so you must have the ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple SEO practices simultaneously in an organized fashion. You have a profound marketing toolbox from your practical SEO experiences and maybe from your BA/BSc / MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Communication or another relevant field. As a person, you thrive working in a fast-paced environment, are self-driven and have outstanding collaboration skills.

You also have:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • 3+ years proven SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with the website analytics tools Search Console, Google Analytics and Ahrefs
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web analytics are considered as a plus
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
