We currently have a vacancy for a Supervisor to supervise the production activities in a safe and healthy way at our sand processing plant and sand storage in Rønne, Bornholm, Denmark. The Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the production by organizing, optimizing and continually improving the operational activities.

Our operation at Ronne includes a seagoing dredge, sand processing plant and sand storage with supporting services of laboratory, operations services and site administration. There will also be close interaction with other Sibelco functions for support and to ensure the continued success of the site is achieved.

 

Key Role Responsibilities:

Supervise the production activities of the sand processing plant (including laboratory) and sand storage according to a safe working behavior and environment.

Supervise the activities and the team for the site according to our Operational Excellence principles.

Lead and develop the team on site.

Execute activities to fulfill the set KPI’s; quality and quantity

Implement, maintain and improve processes and standards at the site with support of the team

Follow-up with regulatory and permit enquiries as well as internal policies, standards and guidelines
