Your office will be in Copenhagen (Field's), close to Ørestad train station, but you will travel regularly to the other seven shopping centers in Sweden and Denmark.Your responsibilitiesFunctional responsibility and coordination of Technical Management in Sweden and DenmarkSupport the Center Technical Manager in the development and implementation of maintenance and investment plansDevelopment and implementation of routines, technical solutions and best practicesSupplier contacts and contract issues, negotiation and follow-up of frame agreementsFollow-up and reporting in all areas of responsibility Your profileWe are looking for you who has at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in connection with Technical Property / Facility Management. You probably have an engineering degree (BSC or MSc) . You are fluent in Swedish or Danish and have good English skills. You have good MS Office skills and through your work experience you have some knowledge of relevant software for property management (BMS systems etc., SAP is an asset). Competence in security, sustainability (energy efficiency) and/or LEAN would be an asset. International experience is a great merit.You are structured and like to work at a high pace. Your ability to handle stress is good and you have good communication ability. You are always honest and clear in your communication and you are humble and diplomatic in your relationship with others. You appreciate a job situation where both operational and tactical elements are present.
