Technical Project Manager, IT PMO & Quality, Lyngby
Novozymes IT is in the middle of an agile transformation and we are looking for an Technical Project Manager to join our PMO within Novozymes IT.
For a start, you will be managing technical projects driven by Novozymes IT, as well as smaller Business driven projects. Over time, you will be working on different types of projects from small to large, local to global, sourced both internally and externally. This will give you the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills and further develop your leadership skills, focusing on teamwork, communication and change management.
You will see your efforts materialize in valuable and viable IT solutions and as an important part of your work, you will build solid knowledge of Novozymes, which in turn will strengthen your career opportunities in Novozymes, going forward.
In close cooperation with external partners and colleagues globally, you will find the answers and setup for delivering each project in an optimal way, keeping a strong focus on business benefits all the way.
You will be responsible for the projects from discovery to closure – working with all aspects of agile project management throughout the project’s life cycle.
In this position, you need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar education
- Several years of work experience within the IT domain (after BSc)
- 3+ years of project management experience (after BSc)
- An agile mindset and an appetite for joining Novozymes IT’s agile journey
- Knowledge of both traditional and agile project methodologies
- A toolbox and the energy to inspire and motivate teams in different locations with different cultures
- Experience with transformation projects and strong change management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with management of external implementation partners as well as offshore teams is an advantage
