Tasks & responsibilities: You will… 

…be responsible for executing Improvement Cases IC) from the scoping phase until implementation. As part of this you will also facilitate project team meetings and Steeco meetings related to Improvement Cases and be responsible for the overall reporting on progress and status related to your -ICs.   Your responsibilities and tasks:  

• Manage and execute 2-6 ICs simultaneously in accordance with IC stage/gate model and procedure 
• Scoping, budget and deadlines for own ICs  
• Secure progress and financial status reporting  
• Facilitate IC team and Steeco meetings 
• Facilitate handover meetings to the Upgrade department in our Operation organisation 
• Collaboration with internal and external (Vestas and MHI) stakeholders 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague… 

…has a broad engineering knowledge and understanding combined with at least 2-3 years of technical experience working in project teams as a Technical Project Manager or similar. You hold a bachelor’s degree within electrical or mechanical engineering and possess strong stakeholder management skills and good business understanding. We expect you to have electrical or mechanical design experience and experience with root cause analysis.  Furthermore, you:  

• Have strong collaboration and leadership skills 
• Have an organised work style and can handle many different tasks simultaneously 
• Are Prince2 Foundation certified or similar and have experience with Six Sigma 
• Have a proactive and extrovert mindset combined with a natural drive to ensure progress and meet deadlines and agreements 
• Have good English and communication skills 
• Have wind turbine knowledge (advantageous, not required)
