For our Competence Management team we are looking for a project manager who is structured and motivated by creating people matrix and training programs in order for us to become a world class organization covering Blade production. What are my responsibilities? · Create a complete matrix of white collar competencies in Blades covering needs for skills, attitude and experience · Build and maintain the needed network within our business in order to fulfil the global and local requirements · Learn and fulfil our Competence Management procedure and thereby create training requests, plan trainings and document the progress · Fulfil our ISO requirements and able to be responsible for internal and external audits · Build and maintain the trainers’ network in the different departments What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are a super user in Microsoft Office tools · You have knowledge of SAP · You have knowledge and experience in using various tools for Competence mapping and education · You are able to understand Blade processes and our products in general · You have a high drive and a proactive mindset · You are a brilliant networker and used to work in a diplomatic and structured manner · It would be a plus, but not a need, if you have experience from a HR position In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. Competence Management handles mapping and sourcing of all blue and white collar resources within Blades globally. The team consists of a high variety of competences and everyone knows the necessity of teamwork. The position can demand some travel activities but will be planned in advance.
