We have one of Europe’s most advanced machine works with everything from swiss lathes over 5-axis milling to EDM and CNC grinding machines. We work with relevant tools from the Lean toolbox such as waste reduction and one-piece flow. THE CANDIDATE We expect that you have an education as an industrial engineer, machinist, toolmaker, precision mechanic or similar. You will join a young and dynamic department with responsible freedom. You must thrive on change and not be afraid to throw yourself into things, whilst maintaining a high quality. In addition, you should have: • Minimum 5 years experience with CAM programming • Minimum 7 years experience in independent production of items from the bottom. For example: programming, run in, setup plans and production • Experience with automation • Preferably experience with Okuma • Willingness to be trained in MasterCam, PowerMILL, Power Inspect and Zeiss Calypso. THE POSITION We are looking for a milling specialist with extensive experience in 5-axis machining and robotic automation. Basically the tasks include: • Programming of Okuma MU 400 and MU-500VAL via Mastercam and/or Delcam PowerMILL • Programming and operation of Zeiss 3D measuring machine. • Processing of complex items in difficult to machine materials (SAF, Duplex, Vanadis etc.) • Operation of FMS robot cell with 0-point system and process control performed in and by the machine tools (OMV) • Development projects (programming, run in, setup plans, etc.). • Dialogue with the development department concerning the production of prototypes We are a company on the move and you will encounter unpredictable tasks and constant challenges.
