In Ramboll we are currently working on implementing a new global ERP system. Same is executed by our Group Business Applications function, which is a cross-functional and international team with approximately 25 members that works on implementing and supporting Rambøll’s group business applications (ERP, HR platform, Knowledge management system) for currently approximately 11.000 users.Initially the prime focus of this position be on our core ERP business applications (Maconomy, Basware, Data Warehouse), but can be extended to other applications subsequently. Your responsibilities as application consultant The objectives of our application consultants are to be the daily interface between the Group Business Applications team and the local super user coordinators or system qwners handling complicated user issues and change requests. Furthermore during the local implementations our application consultants take care of activities related to supporting master data cleanouts, data conversion, user rights, etc. During our monthly deployment cycle the coordination, testing and documentation of the various deployment items is also part of the application consultant role. Your detailed tasks will be: •Supporting the preparation of our local roll outs with regards to Basware setup, master data management, data conversions, user access rights, etc. •2nd and 3rd level incident management in relation to incidents that local super user coordinators and IT service desks cannot deal with •Support to implementation of new applications/modules •Coordination and quality assurance of monthly deployments •Communication in relation to operation and maintenance of business applications to local business application responsibles and local service desks (IT) •Maintenance of end-user documentation You and your competencies You hold a master degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or alike and have 2-5 years of working experience in an international environment surrounding ERP and other applications. Your interest in and flair for working with systems and data are high. You have knowledge – or willingness to acquire deep knowledge of Maconomy and/or Basware. Experience with Maconomy and/or Basware is of advantage, but experience with other ERP and Vendor Invoice & Travel Management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc) is also relevant. You have a good understanding of data structures (relational and object oriented) and you possess good knowledge of SQL, XML and preferably some programming knowledge. You are systematic and possess a structured work style with an innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks. At the same time you have the ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, on different technical and functional levels, as well as with developers and integration consultants. You are a good team player and motivated self-starter. Proficiency in English is a must (working language), knowledge in Danish is nice to have.
