Want to take technical responsibility of the Nordic fraud management solution?
We are looking for an Application Specialist to join the IT Anti-Fraud and Dispute application unit in IT Financial and Network Services, to take technical responsibility of the Nordic fraud management solution.
We are managing a common IT solution for fraud management across Nets, which is going to be the best to catch fraudulent payments in the world. The solution is based on best-of-breed commercial applications, where local market needs and regulations often set additional requirements.
The position is located in Ballerup together with the IT Fraud delivery team. You will collaborate with stakeholders in all the Nordic countries.
Subject Matter Specialist that meet the business needs
As Application Specialist and Subject Matter Expert your main task is to have the detailed technical overview of the Fraud Solution and thus design, assist in implementation and deliver solutions that supports business priorities which are aligned with the technology roadmap. You will make detailed IT design specifications, estimations, technical recommendations based on assessments & analysis, specification of integration requirements to other applications together with architects and specialists, as well as cooperation with vendors.
Ensure stable and secure solutions to the benefit of out customers
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Cooperation with Application Managers on fulfilment of application roadmap & requirements
- Technical design specifications for software vendors and other integrated applications
- Technical responsibility of the fraud solution from application to infrastructure level
- Can answer any technical or other questions about the solution, to ensure you are the go to specialist on the entire fraud solution
- Technical coordination of implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Make technical recommendations together with Solution Architects and ensure solutions are stable and secure
We are looking for talents with ambitions – and passion for what they are doing!
- Experience in IT application design and development
- Experience with agile ways of working and collaboration with outsourcing partners and vendors
- Experience with SDLC, requirement analysis, technical specification, estimation and integration of online real-time systems
- Experience with SQL, MQ, Linux
- Knowledge about Java, Shell/Bash coding and Oracle is an advantage but not a requirement
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
The great candidate has experience from financial and card payments sector, fraud and dispute business and applications, and PCI DSS. You should have a strong IT background with experience of close cooperation with Architects, Developers and external software vendors. Experience from working with off- or nearshore development teams.
