We are currently seeking a Director of Web Marketing to advance our own digital footprint by evolving our corporate web properties. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with the vision to define and execute on Sitecore’s internal business intelligence reporting strategy. The Business Intelligence Analyst will define, implement and manage the strategies, define the technical infrastructure, drive development and ultimately create the business intelligence reports that help Sitecore’s senior management to make the right business decisions on a day-to-day basis. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with senior leaders across marketing, sales and operations groups to create real business insights. This position can be based in our Copenhagen or Amsterdam offices or be performed remotely from any location in either Germany or the Netherlands. Your responsibilities •Develop the business intelligence strategy together with the CIO •Define the systems requirements and data transformation initiatives necessary to execute on the strategy •Be hands-on in creating and administrating business intelligence systems from the database layer to the actual reports •Provide a self-service BI solution (based on PowerBI) to our business leaders •Provide detailed reports on a variety of topics to our business leaders on an ad-hoc basis •Provide technical support for the development of reports and tools to other business functions (marketing, finance, etc) Your qualifications •Must be able to understand both the technical and business aspect of BI •Experience in defining BI strategies •Excellent experience in Microsoft Office •Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, incl VBA (will be tested during interview) •Advanced PowerPivot and DAX (will be tested during interview) •Advanced T-SQL query knowledge (will be tested during interview) •General SQL administration knowledge •Experience in providing information in a way that is easily absorbable by business users •Can do spirit to take on any challenge with a positive spirit and drive results •PowerBI.com experience preferred, but not necessary Sitecore offers You will report directly to the CIO and work on a daily basis with other C-level executives.
