Copenhagen / Hourly-Part time / Drilling Operations Onshore / Ref.: MO-076984 The Wells department is looking for an independent and pro-active Student Assistant to be based in Copenhagen. The department is collectively responsible for safe and efficient well delivery in the Danish Business Unit division of Mærsk Olie & Gas A/S. This position can give you a chance to work on engineering, data mining and schedule management tasks. You will furthermore have the opportunity to get an understanding of well engineering within the oil industry and experience the heart of the business. We expect you to work around 15-20 hours per week and we are flexible with regards to how you distribute your hours throughout the week. Key Responsibilities Following can be the area of work, however there can be new areas defined while during the employment: • Preparing final well reports for various DBU wells/work overs. • Data gathering and data QC-ing. • Managing offshore rotation schedules and new employee onboarding. Who we are looking for You should be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. You should be pro-active and should ask questions when needed. You should be able to work in a structured, independent and quality conscious way. We will prefer an engineer with technical focus and drive (e.g. mechanical, chemical, process, civil, structural, drilling, petroleum, production, etc.).
