Then you might be our new Supply Chain Specialist in CMC Business Support driving integrated Supply Chain processes in CMC Supply. About the department CMC Business Support is part of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Supply within the Novo Nordisk Research & Development organisation, manufacturing and distributing drug candidates for pre- and clinical trials. CMC Supply develops and formulates all new protein and peptide processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. CMC Supply is organised in seven areas of expertise supporting the entire drug development pipeline. CMC Business Support is part of CMC Support unit and responsible for supporting the end-to-end value chain in CMC Supply. We focus on development and implementation of Supply Chain processes, and financial processes in our Development Projects, further we are governing the Supply Chain link between the research- and production units in Novo Nordisk. CMC Business Support supports CMC Supply management to enable sound and data-driven management decisions. We are a diverse department consisting of approx. 12 dedicated employees with various areas of expertise. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence. The job As Supply Chain Specialist you will personally be responsible for driving designated process development projects from a-z. While driving the projects on your own, you will still be leveraging the broad collective knowledge within the department and the organisation through collaboration and process alignment. Your tasks will range from development and continuous optimisation of processes, to recommendations for the future organisational development. To succeed, you proactively build and maintain relations to relevant internal stakeholders. On an ongoing basis you prepare communication materials for senior management presentations, governance boards and other key stakeholders. We expect you to actively take part in the continuous development of both the department and CMC Supply. Qualifications You have completed a Master Degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or alike, with approximately 5 years of project management experience. As a person you are known for your excellent analytical skills, strategic mind-set and an ability to deliver on tight deadlines. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency. You are result-oriented and like to be challenged. You excel at navigating in an environment with many stakeholders and at facilitating collaborations across organisational levels.
