Join us and become Lead Sales Trainer – a newly established central role within Commercial Excellence. Our overall responsibility is to drive profitable revenue growth across Sales B2B through best practice, and we need your help to design, develop and run a training academy. As the Lead Sales Trainer, you can make a huge difference, not only for the company, but also for society in general. We have an ambitious growth strategy while professionalising the way we sell through a Commercial Excellence programme. We are presently focusing our activities in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom. Sales B2B is a strategic business unit within Distribution & Customer Solutions, which has 1500 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We handle the production from our wind farms and oil and gas fields to the energy exchanges and customers in Northern Europe, and we distribute electricity and natural gas to businesses and private customers in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Virum in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to •design, develop and run a training academy (including assessment, training and certification) •take lead on defining “Sales DNA” (considering skills, motivation, intrinsic and culture) together with the B2B Management Team •identify and diagnose training needs (anchored to sales process) •co-create action plans and ensure reinforcement / on the job practice to ensure commercial results •maintain and develop sales operating model (internal structure and supporting tools for sales related interactions/meetings). Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a relevant master’s degree with proven academic skills •have extensive experience within sales management – preferably from a similar position •have strong communication and coaching skills •are committed, proactive and have drive •have good business acumen. Moreover, it is important that you are independent as well as being able to work in a broader team across countries, and some flexibility is required as travel and peak working periods will occur.
