Wealth Management IT is now looking for an Expert IT Architect to further strengthen the team located in Copenhagen. We offer you to join the leading Nordic Wealth Manager and an opportunity to make a difference in shaping the future of Nordea Wealth Management. Nordea Wealth Management is responsible for the customer segments Private Banking, Institutional Asset Management and Large Corporate Pension. Nordea Wealth Management is also responsible for developing, managing and delivering products and services within asset management and life and pensions as well as planning and managing the savings offering to all Nordea customers. The position we offer In this role you will have direct reference to Chief Enterprise Architect Jan Tideman. The team consist of 3 employees and this role will be on top of the decentral organisation Life and Pension in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. As Expert IT Architect you will lead and guide architects, following up on targets and make sure the larger picture gets protected and fulfilled. You will be an instrumental part in: •Developing IT strategies. •Bringing IT strategies into action via projects and other initiatives. •Guarding IT strategies and decided roadmaps. •Guiding IT projects and initiatives. •Proposing initiatives to leverage synergies across IT areas. •Supporting business CIO's and business units in relation to IT strategic and architectural advice. •Working in strategic initiatives as lead architect. •Documenting our IT landscape. You will proactively drive change and guide the organisation towards the target architecture by collaborating effectively with business and IT stakeholders at all levels. Some travelling within the Nordic countries will be required. The qualifications you need We believe that you have broad experience in IT, including architecture, systems development, technology and production. Professional skills to be successful in the position: •Knowledge and experience in architecture development frameworks and methodology, such as TOGAF is an advantage. •An IT or engineering education and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent. •Being fluent in both oral and written English is a prerequisite. •Good business understanding of processes and business context. Candidates with knowledge from several parts of the business will be preferred. When working with more detailed project level planning and architecting you work comfortably and competently across architectural disciplines, being able to bring strategy to action. Personal skills to be successful in the position: •Have the long-term perspective in mind, and combine that with action and the ability to make things happen. •Excellent communication skills. •High cognitive skills and ability to work with complex issues on an abstract level. •High ability to drive and facilitate combined with being service minded, but being firm when necessary. Furthermore you have a good sense of humour and understand that we may have separate responsibilities, but we collaborate and support each other as a team and work towards common goals within the area.
