Finnish speaking Customer service Consultant – suomenkielinen asiakaspalvelukonsultti

Our dear colleague is moving back to Finland and therefore we are looking for a Finnish speaking customer service representative for projects dealing with the Finnish finance market.

Your tasks will consist primarily of customer service, advice and sales together with the Finnish team of 11 colleagues to existing bank customers over the phone. We strive to provide the best solutions on the market and therefore we expect from you:

That you are fluent in Finnish
That you are focused and want to see results
That you are cooperative and like to work in a team
That you can smile through the phone
That you are willing to learn and want to develop your skills in customer service and sales
That you want to work independently within a specific area of responsibility

Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage but not a requirement. Nor do we expect that you have specific work experience or that you have successfully completed an education.

Nordiccom ApS is a Nordic company in growth placed in the heart of Copenhagen, we have been awarded with the Danish Gazelle prize 2015. In Nordiccom we advise and sell to private customers and business customers over the phone. Here you will meet both Danes, Swedes, Norwegians and Finns. Nordiccom consists of about 80 employees devided into different teams. Our projects are primarily within B2C customer service and sales in banking and finance. We also have a B2B project, which involves sales of the world's best ergonomic solutions for companies in Scandinavia. In Nordiccom we emphasize professionalism, but it is also important that we have fun when we are at work. Our goal is that our employees become skilled at their work and achieve good results and high customer satisfaction, therefore there will be thorough training of new employees. The training is practiced in your own language.
