Project Manager, Facility Management, Global Business Services We seek an ambitious Project Manager to join the Global Facility Management team within Global Business Services (GBS) - a functional area providing core services within Finance, IT and facility management across Novozymes. GBS focuses on providing services efficiently and effectively at high quality, using a variety of delivery methods. Currently, Novozymes is present in most regions of the world, and the Global Facility Management department has the responsibility for many of these sites outside Denmark. We are looking to further centralize the Facility Management setup and we seek a project manager to take the lead in completing the business case for further expansion and drive the integration of the new sites in close collaboration with stakeholders. You will do this by applying your previous experience from similar projects, adding a strong analytical approach, seamless interaction with key stakeholders, and strong project management skills. The position will be based in our office in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, and you will report to the Director of Global Facility Management. 50 days of travelling to be expected - as a minimum. Qualifications Long term experience of highly structured project management within Facility Services, including project plan creation, documentation and transitions Broad knowledge of the professional facility management industry - including the drivers for costs, solutions and service levels, both as in-house and outsourced delivery models Proven track record of managing and delivering results in large-scale, cross boarder projects Strong communication skills in English and particular talent for aligning and mobilizing stakeholder agendas Experience with a multi-cultural environment Challenges Expand the existing GBS footprint in order to provide better services, and more agility for future growth.
