Are you able to reach agreements and compromises in order to implement new concepts and practices? Then you may be our new Process analyst in the Quality Programme Office. About the department The Quality Programme Office plays a central role in shaping and driving projects to continuously improve and transform the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (QMS). In close collaboration with stakeholders we identify, analyse and execute a series of business optimisation initiatives related to the QMS, making the QMS more robust and simple. The job You will play a key role in analysing, understanding and mapping our current business processes and help with suggesting, designing and implementing improvements. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders from the entire company and the ability to deeply understand global and local processes while being able to subtracting the essence. It is essential that you are passionate about process optimisation and building relations. We also expect you to be able to effectively communicate how adjustments of processes and changes affect the different stakeholders at Novo Nordisk. You will be exposed in several management groups in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications We envision a colleague with an academic degree, excellent results and 2-5 years of experience working with process optimisation and analysis, likely in project settings. Perhaps you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment. Regardless of background we expect you to be able to quickly obtain an overview of a given subject. You balance multiple priorities while staying focused under pressure, and drive to meet agreed deadlines with high quality. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite in order to gain buy in and create win-win situations when new initiatives are introduced. Therefore it is important to possess personal courage and ability to present for large audiences and to communicate complex messages within short time in both written and spoken English.
