This is an opportunity for a driven, structured individual, to join a dynamic and international organization, with the possibility to develop competencies within Compensation and Benefits further. You will further be involved with driving the Compensation and Benefits strategy in Denmark for more than 2,000 employees across three different sites with the majority being highly specialized technical staff or offshore staff, spanning over more than 35 different nationalities. We Offer As Compensation and Benefits Partner for Headquarter HR you will be supporting the Reward strategy for Denmark, aligned with our global framework and compensation philosophy in Maersk Oil and A.P. Moller - Maersk. The role offers a range of different responsibilities from operational day to day support to contributing to the strategic direction based on country and market specific challenges. You will work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Consultant based in Esbjerg in order to drive Reward process alignment across the locations in Denmark. Key Responsibilities •Provide day-to-day consulting to the HR Leadership and to HR Business Partners •Ensure our Compensation and Benefits practices are competitive and transparent •Drive governance in the Compensation and Benefits practices •Proactively provide the organization with salary market intelligence, rooted in a sound business and industry understanding •Prepare the annual salary review analysis and participate in analysis of market data and benchmark material •Develop annual short term incentive calculations and communication material supporting incentive plan results and plan revisions Who we are looking for We expect candidates to have a relevant academic background, preferable in Economics, Human Resources or Finance, as well as: •Strong analytical skills and business acumen •Minimum 5 years of relevant Compensation and Benefits experience, preferably gained in a multinational company •Understanding of and experience within the following areas will be an advantage; oComposition of international compensation packages (e.g. STI, share-based LTI’s, DB plans) oSAP HR- oMercer IPE or other job grading system oThorough understanding of the tax landscape in Denmark for international hires (in particular 48E) *LI-TJ1 Last application date: 13 October 2014.
