Position Description We are searching for a Claims Adjuster to support the Property Express team in Denmark. The role will mainly be supporting AIG Denmark Property Express Claims operations in the completion of Property Claims. The role reports directly to Signe Ida Jørgensen and will be a key player of the North Zone as well as the local Express Property Claims team. The key responsibilities will be handling Express Property claims. Accountabilities: Timely, accurate and customer focused claim resolution, minimising indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense for claims of low complexity. Position Requirements The successful candidate thrives under the challenge of working in an ambiguous environment and can work without a lot of direction but still as part of a team. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (required). • Good level of verbal and written English (required). • Ability to work on own initiative (required). • Computer literacy (required). • Previous experience of working with property for an insurance carrier or broker (preferred).
