- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg Medical & Science I, Insulin & Diabetes Outcomes, is seeking a new colleague to take up a position as Clinical Coordinator and Team Administrator. This position will offer you an opportunity to play a key role in coordinating the medical and clinical activities on surveillance of the insulin treatment in the clinical trials conducted by Novo Nordisk. About the department Medical & Science I, Insulin & Diabetes Outcomes consists of two teams, a medical team working on cardiovascular outcomes trials and the Insulin Titration Group. The department is medically and scientifically responsible for cardiovascular outcomes trials and late stage clinical development. The Insulin Titration Group is globally responsible for surveillance of the insulin treatment in the clinical trials. The Job You will be a member of the Insulin Titration Group and will be working in a highly stimulating and challenging international environment. Your key role is to coordinate the medical and clinical activities in the ITG and work as team administrator for the whole department. You will collaborate closely with other departments and with Novo Nordisk’s affiliates on six continents. Regular supervision of progress and providing status reports to management will be part of the position. Other tasks include coordination of resource planning, budget planning and follow up, meeting planning, taking meeting minutes and prepare presentations as needed. Qualifications You should proactively take action and ownership for tasks and decisions and welcome new responsibilities. You have good coordination skills and can keep overview of various tasks. You ensure understanding by effectively delivering information, listening and seeking input. You cooperate with people within and outside your own work area, and a team player attitude is a plus. Cultural awareness is appreciated as we work in a global cross-functional project organisation. Your educational background could include a bachelor degree, preferably within health sciences, administration or similar. You are proficient with both written and spoken English. You like to be part of a multi-cultural team, working with multiple and frequently changing priorities. You are highly skilled with MS Office, specifically Excel.
