Autobutler is a rapidly growing online start-up, with an ambitious and energetic company culture created by passionate “butlers” of all sizes and shapes. By collaborating with thousands of auto mechanics and garages, Autobutler provides car owners with online offers on high quality car repairs, maintenance etc. We have grown rapidly and successfully across Denmark and Sweden, and are currently expanding into Germany. Did we mention we’ve recently received VC funding from Creandum, owners of Spotify and iZettle? We’re looking for a team player with a passion for usability, interfaces and analysing data to join our design team at our vibrant office located in the heart of Copenhagen. Someone with serious skills in web analytics tools, and who can improve conversion rates by merging creativity, design, and functionality with data analysis. The Role As an integral part of the team, you will enjoy close collaboration and the responsibility of optimizing conversion and retention rates as well as improving our users’ experience when navigating on our websites. Something we consider key to Autobutler’s international growth. Reporting to our product manager/CTO, your core responsibilities will be to: • Optimize conversion and retention rates • Use web analytics to understand and act on data insights • Assist in the design phase with mock-ups, interfaces, wireframes • Conduct usability tests, split tests • Develop concepts and build up prototypes About You: You possess a creative mindset, a “can-do mentality” and come with bags of motivation for constantly improving things. You are a team player and are used to working closely together with other designers, developers, strategists in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate considerable talent and your passion for digital solutions is unquestionable. You find yourself preaching usability and great design, love crunching numbers, and genuinely love sharing ideas, knowledge, and inspiration.
