Labster is searching for a senior product owner!
Mission: Scientific Content Senior Product Owner coordinates all efforts of the Content Writers Team in order to produce high quality and high impact simulations, ensuring that the quality of the developed products exceeds expectations set collaboratively with the whole team and Technical Product Owner.
Planning and coordination:Establish priorities with every internal team (Content team & Research Team) to understand current priorities and improve planning of key products.Evaluate and develop feature roadmap, taking into account current capacity and create an estimate of future needed capacity.
Product development:Evaluate ongoing projects and develop plans to ensure we reach the internally defined goals and ambitions for the specific projects in cooperation with Content Creation Manager and Technical Product Owner.Interview internal teams and create roadmaps and mockups.Coordinating, evaluating and optimizing different internal teams work and activities to ensure all the efforts are focused on products with highest impact and biggest long - term success.Perform market analysis in cooperation with Sales Team on the potential and relative importance of possible features of our platform.Managing external stakeholders expectations and requirements and communicating to them about progress in development process.Participating in the daily SCRUM meeting, sprint planning and reviews.Create development and hiring plans for Content Writer team in cooperation with Recruitment Team).
Business Development: Plan and write product specifications for several new larger grant proposals.Reviewing monthly development progress reports on grant progress.Ensuring correct allocation of funds to multiple grants and companies.Support Labster and Learn Technologies leaders in negotiations, pricing and client handling.Develop alternative business models and lead initiatives to apply the Learn Technologies platform in different areas, such as for example health & safety, manufacturing or business simulations.
Competencies: 4+ years product owner experience; Excellent project management skills;SCRUM certification is a big plus; Knowledge of JIRA or any other SCRUM related software is a big plus; Being passionate about being a part of Labster’s educational revolution and understand a need for change in Science Education; Fluent written and spoken English.Proactive and self reliant.Open to continuous learning (we encourage you to spend 10% of your work time on learning).Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.Positive, optimistic and fun personality.Amazing people skills, high EQ and caring deeply about others.
