- Logistics - Denmark - Bagsværd Do you want to contribute to the continuous improvement of the use of SAP Advanced Planning and Optimisation (APO) for planning in Biopharm Business Support? And do you have what it takes: drive, analytical skills, a business mind-set, strong communication skills and experience in SAP APO/ERP Central Component? If you can answer yes to these questions, you may be the next Supply Chain SAP planner in our logistics department. About the department The department is placed in Bagsværd and is responsible for the short and long term planning of all Novo Nordisk biopharmaceutical products. You will be part of the Biopharm Business Support Logistics Pack Planning team, but you will support all the planners in the department. The position SAP APO is used for Operational Planning and Long Term Planning in the entire supply chain. You will be a key player in further increasing the quality of the master data that are put into the system to ensure that we succeed in excellent supply chain planning across SAP APO and ERP Central Component. The department has a local SAP super user organisation which you will be a part of, and you will also be a part of Product Supply’s super user network, that works across the different SVP area to ensure that future improvements are suggested, discussed, prioritised and implemented. You will furthermore be responsible for strengthening the overall SAP competences in the department through training and help us ensure continues improvement. On the project side you will be involved in rolling out SAP across Biopharm from a logistical point, where you will drive the change of item numbers and ensure process alignment between planning and execution. Qualifications You have a relevant background e.g. a degree in Production, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. You are analytical, and thrive in finding a solution within the super user network or from the IT organisation. Preferably you have some years of experience working in a planning department or a similar function where you have used SAP APO or SAP ERP Central Component for planning. You know how to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable to others. We expect you to be committed and result orientated and you must possess a strong passion for improving the current planning solution and implementing new solutions. If you have a good sense of humour and you are open-minded it is highly appreciated, as it enables you to contribute to our productive and collaborative atmosphere in a great department. Equally important are your interpersonal skills, where you are customer orientated and possess the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within the organisation and across cultures. You are able to work independently, take responsibility, have a can do attitude and communicate key messages concisely and convincingly. Professional level in written and spoken English is a must.
