Nets A/S is on an exciting journey of transforming our business to become a top 3 player in Europe, specialised in managing digital values. In Nets HR, we play an active role in contributing to this transformation. Our team of HR specialists, which is located in Ballerup and responsible for human resource management in Denmark, is searching for two new colleagues, who are passionate about change and ready to handle a variety of requests from the organisation. As one of our HR consultants , you will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to leadership support and the employment of our people. You will also help make sure that Nets abides to all rules & regulations and that we create and deliver terms & conditions for our employees, that support us in being a great place to work. Key reponsibilities and tasks •Recruitment – handling the entire recruitment process from preparing the job ad, interviewing, testing and selecting the right candidates and finally preparing the contract. To make sure you identify the right candidates, you will be working close together with managers across our organisation •Labour law and collective agreement, performance processes – handling employment law cases together with the managers •HR administration – handling all kinds of daily administration regarding, for example employee contracts, terms and condition updates, HR processes, manager training, insurance matters, outsourced payroll etc. •Participating in different kinds of HR projects. Preferred background and qualifications •Relevant academic education (Cand.Merc.
