Due to a forthcoming reorganization in Service Wind Power we are searching for a Commercial Head of our Global Technology organization. Among others Service Technology covers various engineering departments around the world, a Project Management Office and one diagnostics center. The organization has 320 employees of which 200 are located in Denmark. What are my responsibilities? As the Commercial Head you will be responsible for all financial and commercial aspects of the technology area. Among others this includes (but is not limited to): • Together with the Head of Technology set the direction, define the strategy and further optimize the organization and its deliverables • Make robust business cases for strategic initiatives to ensure the right prioritisations • Streamline and optimize commercial processes globally via the inputs provided by the technology employees and other external stakeholders • Set internal pricing of services in line with transfer pricing regulations and via Service Level Agreements ensure proper documentation • Enhance transparency on performance globally via the establishment of KPIs etc. • Cross organizational target alignment in the Commercial Team • Ensure proper financial controlling within Global Technology • Lead and develop your dedicated team of three direct reports (two business controllers and a coordinator) What do I need to qualify for this job? • You are a strong leader with 10 years’ of experience from a financial or commercial leadership role in a global multi-dynamic matrix-organization. Your past career has provided you a thorough practical knowledge of the different disciplines within the financial and commercial area, and you can quickly establish an overview and decide on next step • You are process-oriented with a constant eye for the customer. In general you appear highly business oriented • You thrive in a multi-facetted work environment where you have to work across different countries, cultures, functions etc. You navigate easily in an atmosphere characterized by a variety of demands, and your approach is diplomatic, though also decisive • You are an excellent communicator with fluency in English, orally as well as in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
