About the position

For our Commercial Project Management department we are looking for a strong Commercial Project Manager (CPM) to join the Offshore project execution team. The CPM is the primary person in charge of the commercial agenda which by more includes team leading, budget, contract management and stakeholder management.

What are my responsibilities?

• You execute contracts with the aim of maximizing project profit and customer satisfaction
• Monthly creation of forecast and the execution of invoicing in collaboration with the Project controlling team.
• Your scope of activities encompasses accountability of all commercial matters in your project, e.g. Compliance with the terms of delivery and payment, laws and directives such as IFRS, SAP and internal control systems, timely invoicing and receivables management
• You are responsible for the order intake calculation including risk and opportunity analysis
• You take responsibility for management of guarantees and insurance in your assigned project
• You ensure the preparation, participation, progress and monitoring of claims negotiations
• You are responsible for adhering to contractual deadlines and pursuing claims-related events regarding the duration, consequences and impacts

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have successfully completed a university degree or an equivalent education in business management and / or finance.
• You have several years of professional experience in international commercial project management and financial management
• Knowledge of project management experience in a matrix organization would be beneficial
• Contract and claim management and negotiation skills are part of your competences
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate with clear and precise wording
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate across all organizational levels
• You show and possesses intercultural skills
