ECCO Sko A/S is looking for a community manager to support our social media team. The Social Media function is anchored in our Global Brand Management department where you will be part of the team responsible for the marketing of ECCO Sko A/S. The new community manger must posses a burning passion for social media and outdoor activities, hereby understanding as well as listening to the audience. You have a great ambition to work in an international environment, cross functionally with the different teams in Marketing, Branding and Design. Job Profile: •Maintain and manage ECCO Outdoor's key social media profiles: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. •Develop and implement consistent tone of voice across key digital and social channels •Connect with our audiences on a daily basis by engaging in two-way conversation •Create content calendars for global and local markets •Manage paid advertising supporting the activities on Facebook •Identify key community influencers for networking, relationship building and cross-promotions •Monitor online conversations and report engagement-based statistical data with third-party tools •Work with in-house teams to help develop concepts/strategies for future social media promotions •Work with in-house teams to assist in developing and executing social media promotions and campaigns •Research and identify emerging trends in the digital and social media spaces •Identify, measure and report KPIs for ECCO Outdoor on social media Qualifications and Work Experience: •Strong interest in outdoor sports, e.g. trail-running or hiking, Active participation is a plus. •Outgoing and energetic personality •Strong understanding and passion for all things digital and social media •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong organizational skills •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment •Working knowledge of various digital and social media platforms •Positive attitude •Team player •Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Insights as well as Google Analytics is a plus •Photography und basic video editing experience also a plus •You are proficient in English •Academic background within sports and/or communications preferred We offer: ECCO is an international organization with many nationalities in many countries.
