Join us for a unique opportunity to take on a high-attention Digital Asset Management project for one of the largest Shopper Marketing agencies in the global marketplace. Take a business lead role in a highly prioritised project As Senior Business Consultant, you manage a project within Digital Asset Management from the business point of view. As such, you engage with your colleagues in the Shopper Marketing Agency and across the LEGO Group to seek information, ensure alignment, roll the solution out and ensure a smooth implementation and incorporation into their processes. In particular, you: Form project goals into operational business requirements, including objectives, purpose, success criteria and scope for the business case Secure the detail specification of requirements for the solution and that the solution meets these requirements Work as first point of escalation for the Project Manager and project team in case of deviations, changes or problems relating to the business requirements Drive the organisational change management agenda of the project, including stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, communication plan, training strategy, involvement of relevant stakeholders, etc. Secure the ownership of the solution is anchored within the Shopper Marketing Agency Collaboration shapes everything we do The LEGO Group is a family-owned global company that brings collaboration to everything we do. Talent for implementation The challenge will be to wrap your head around a complex field - Digital Asset Management - while navigating in a large and varied stakeholder landscape. So, your people skills, pragmatic approach to driving change and ability to communicate weigh heavier on the scales than your technical project skills. The key to success is your ability to facilitate change management, thus enabling an organisation to embrace a new IT solution.
