Senior Marketing Manager, Preschool, LEGO® Education Would you like to influence the intersection between learning solution development, communication and go-to-market strategies for a segment that aims at developing children’s learning capabilities? Lead the preschool segment in LEGO Education - Stimulating children’s curiosity to learn through play The overall focus areas for the Preschool marketing team are business development, communication development and new learning solution development. We take a holistic approach to the Preschool segment considering the entire value chain, we produce compelling communication material for the preschools globally both off- and online, and we develop concepts for engaging learning material in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Marketing Manager in Preschool you will take on a key position for a strategically important business area and align it with the company framework. This means that you will be responsible for: Translating the strategic direction of LEGO Education into strategic initiatives for the Preschool segment. Developing and implementing attractive solutions and an innovative go to market strategy that drives strong sales potential. Developing compelling and relevant communication material. Portfolio development and management, including ensuring that relevant solutions are developed and based on insights. Ensuring global consumer insight, education dynamics, marketing trends and best practice for preschool. Consolidating successful alignment across markets on launch campaigns and media activities for all new launches. Managing, motivating and developing your Marketing Manager as your direct report. As segment lead you will be part of the Solution Marketing Leadership team, the global Marketing Forum, the Customer Experience Forum, the Pricing Council as well as the Sales & Operations Planning team. The role will challenge your stakeholder management skills and your ability to lead and collaborate across functions and markets. The global nature of this position takes you travelling approximately 20-30 days per year. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have a successfully track record of how to develop and implement segment and portfolio strategies. Are an excellent facilitator and a strong integrator who effortlessly navigate within a broad field of stakeholders. Possess knowledge of - and experience in - all marketing disciplines and have digital competences, as the digital aspect of future classroom solutions is a top priority. Hold a Master in Marketing or equivalent combined with 5+ years of experience in working with marketing and integrated communication, ideally for a major FMCG brand or the publishing/education industry.
